Doctor Oscar Reiche is the first Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to bring modern techniques of Orthognatic surgery to Costa Rica.
He received his Dental Degree in Surgery at the University of Costa Rica in 1989, and From 1990 to 1991, he completed a residency in Dental Implants at Jackson Memorial Hospital in the University of Miami, Miami FL. After that from 1991 to 1995 he did the full Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery four-year residency program at the University of Texas / Health Science Center in Houston, TX.
From 1995 to 1996 he completed his training with a one-year fellowship in Orthognathic/TMJ/cosmetic surgery with Dr. Larry Wolford at the Baylor Medical Center (now Texas A & M Medical Center) in Dallas, TX.
After 26 years of professional practice in Costa Rica and internationally with thousands of cases of oral and maxillofacial surgery, they place him as a professional expert in Orthognathic Surgery in the country and internationally.
